In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "777q," "the Platform," "we," "us," "our" — refers to the 777q online casino and sports betting platform operating at 777q.blog.
• "Player," "you," "your" — refers to any individual who has registered an account with 777q or who accesses the platform.
• "Account" — the personal account created by a Player following successful registration on the 777q platform.
• "Balance" — the total of real-money funds held in a Player's account at any given time, excluding bonus balances unless otherwise specified.
• "Bonus Balance" — promotional credits, free spin winnings, or cashback amounts held in a Player's account that are subject to separate wagering and withdrawal conditions.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer; the identity verification process required before 777q processes any withdrawal request.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the total amount a Player must wager on eligible games before a bonus balance or bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "PKR" — Pakistani Rupee, the currency in which all 777q accounts are denominated.
• "Services" — all casino games, sports betting markets, live dealer tables, promotions, and account management tools available on the 777q platform.

2.1 By accessing the 777q platform, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and any specific bonus or promotional terms published on the platform.

2.2 If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the 777q platform and must not register an account.

2.3 These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and 777q with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any kind.

2.4 777q reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform following publication of amended terms constitutes acceptance of those amendments. Material changes will be communicated to active players via their registered mobile number or platform notification.

3.1 Use of the 777q platform is restricted to individuals who are at least 21 years of age. This age restriction is firm and non-negotiable. 777q will verify age as part of the KYC process, and any account found to be held by a person under 21 will be closed immediately.

3.2 You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporate entities, trusts, or other legal constructs may not register accounts.

3.3 You must not be accessing 777q from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited under local law. It is your responsibility to determine whether online gambling is lawful in your location before registering.

3.4 You must not be a current or former employee of 777q, or an immediate family member of such an employee, unless prior written approval has been granted by 777q management.

3.5 Players who have self-excluded from the 777q platform are not eligible to register a new account during the self-exclusion period. Circumventing a self-exclusion by registering a new account is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in permanent platform banning.

4.1 Each individual is permitted to hold only one active 777q account. The creation of multiple accounts — regardless of the name, mobile number, device, IP address, or payment method used — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

4.2 You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and registered Pakistani mobile number. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

4.3 777q reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to: a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, or driving licence. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.

4.4 The mobile number registered to your 777q account will serve as your primary identifier and the channel through which account-critical communications — including password resets, withdrawal confirmations, and security alerts — are delivered. You are responsible for maintaining access to this number.

5.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 777q account password and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.

5.2 777q strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP, available in your account security settings. 777q also recommends using a unique password not shared with any other platform or service.

5.3 777q will never contact you to request your password. Any communication purporting to be from 777q that requests your password or account credentials should be reported to the 777q support team immediately.

5.4 If you suspect that your 777q account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact the 777q support team immediately via live chat. 777q will take all reasonable steps to secure your account upon receiving a verified report of unauthorised access.

6.1 Deposits to your 777q account may be made via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and direct bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. 777q does not currently charge fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

6.2 All payment methods used to deposit to your 777q account must be registered in the same legal name as your 777q account. 777q does not accept deposits from accounts registered in third-party names.

6.3 Deposits are credited to your 777q balance upon confirmation from the payment provider. JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits typically confirm within seconds. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one business day to confirm depending on the sending institution.

6.4 777q reserves the right to decline or reverse any deposit that it reasonably suspects to be fraudulent, related to money laundering, or in breach of these Terms. In such cases, the deposited amount will be returned to the originating payment method after investigation.

6.5 Players must not use 777q accounts as a mechanism to transfer funds between payment methods without genuine gaming activity. Deposit-and-withdraw patterns with minimal gaming activity may be treated as indicative of misuse and will be investigated accordingly.

7.1 Withdrawal requests may only be made in respect of verified real-money balances. Bonus balances that have not met their applicable wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal.

7.2 All withdrawal requests are subject to completion of the 777q KYC verification process. Players who have not completed KYC will not be able to process withdrawal requests. 777q aims to complete KYC review within 24 hours of receiving all required documentation.

7.3 Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, or to a verified payment method registered in the Player's name. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 1,000.

7.4 JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawal requests are typically processed within 2–4 hours of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution.

7.5 777q reserves the right to delay processing a withdrawal request for up to 72 hours for security verification purposes in cases of unusual account activity, large withdrawal amounts, or triggered compliance checks. Players will be informed of any such delay.

8.1 All bonuses, free spins, cashback credits, and promotional offers issued by 777q are subject to the specific terms published with each promotion, in addition to these general Terms & Conditions. Where there is a conflict between individual promotion terms and these Terms, the individual promotion terms shall prevail for that promotion.

8.2 Welcome bonuses are available only to new 777q players on their first deposit. They cannot be claimed more than once per individual, household, device, or IP address.

8.3 Wagering requirements must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement, eligible games, game contribution percentages, and expiry date are stated in the individual promotion terms.

8.4 777q reserves the right to void any bonus and any winnings derived from that bonus if it determines that the bonus was claimed in bad faith, in breach of these Terms, or through exploitation of a promotional error.

8.5 777q reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any ongoing promotion at any time. Where possible, reasonable advance notice will be provided to affected players.

9.1 All bets placed on the 777q platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game or betting market. These rules are available within each game or market interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before placing any wager.

9.2 Bets accepted and confirmed by the 777q platform are final and cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player after confirmation, except as expressly permitted within the rules of a specific market.

9.3 777q reserves the right to void any bet placed as a result of a manifest error — including but not limited to incorrectly stated odds, game malfunctions, or system errors. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the Player's account balance.

9.4 Cricket betting markets — including PSL, Pakistan national team fixtures, T20I, and ODI matches — are subject to the official match result as determined by the relevant governing body. In the event of match abandonment, applicable void rules will apply as stated in the market terms.

9.5 777q reserves the right to limit the maximum stake or maximum payout on any individual bet or combination of bets, at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 777q platform and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, permanent banning, and forfeiture of all balances:

• Registering more than one account or assisting another person in doing so.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or any third-party software to interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software errors, game malfunctions, or pricing errors to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: collusion between accounts, systematic low-risk wagering designed solely to clear bonus requirements without genuine gaming participation, and claiming bonuses using fraudulent identities.
• Using the platform to launder money or process transactions derived from illegal activity.
• Engaging in match-fixing or any other form of sports manipulation in conjunction with betting on the 777q platform.
• Sharing login credentials with another person or allowing a third party to operate your account.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing 777q staff or other players via any communication channel.

11.1 All content on the 777q platform — including but not limited to game graphics, software, text, brand identity, logo, and user interface elements — is the intellectual property of 777q or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

11.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 777q platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or commercially exploit any element of the platform.

11.3 The 777q brand name, logo, and domain are registered trademarks. Unauthorised use of these marks in any context is prohibited.

12.1 777q is committed to responsible gaming. The platform provides a comprehensive suite of self-management tools, accessible directly within your account settings at any time, without requiring support ticket submission:

• Deposit Limits — Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Limits take effect immediately when reduced.
• Loss Limits — Define the maximum amount you are willing to lose over a defined period.

13.1 777q reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• These Terms & Conditions have been breached.
• The account has been used for fraudulent, money-laundering, or other illegal purposes.
• The player is under the age of 21.
• The account has been operated by a self-excluded player.
• The player has provided false information during registration or KYC.
• Continued operation of the account poses a legal or compliance risk to 777q.

13.2 Where an account is closed as a result of a proven breach of these Terms by the Player, 777q reserves the right to forfeit any balance — real-money or bonus — held in that account at the time of closure.

13.3 Players may voluntarily close their 777q account at any time by contacting the support team. Upon closure, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the Player's registered payment method following standard withdrawal processing procedures, subject to KYC completion.

14.1 The 777q platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While 777q takes all reasonable steps to maintain platform availability, it does not warrant that access to the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of technical faults at all times.

14.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 777q shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.

14.3 Nothing in these Terms limits 777q's liability for death or personal injury caused by 777q's negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

14.4 777q accepts no responsibility for any losses arising from a Player's failure to adequately secure their account credentials, or from the Player's decision to share credentials with a third party.

15.1 777q collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of the overall agreement between you and 777q. The Privacy Policy describes what data 777q collects, why it is collected, how it is used, and how it is protected.

15.2 By registering a 777q account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including the processing of transaction data for AML compliance purposes.

15.3 777q will not sell your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for their independent marketing purposes. Data may be shared with licensed payment processors, KYC verification providers, and regulatory authorities as required by applicable law or 777q's licence obligations.

16.1 777q reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version of the Terms will always be available on this page, with the effective date updated accordingly.

17.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction under which 777q's international gaming licence is issued. In the event of any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the platform, both parties agree to seek resolution through good-faith negotiation in the first instance.

17.2 If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation, it may be referred to the dispute resolution procedure established by 777q's licensing authority, whose decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

17.3 Nothing in this clause prevents a Player from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction in connection with a matter that cannot adequately be addressed through the dispute resolution procedure.
